2、 Technical parameters:

1. The size of the mold cavity after one-time molding and trial assembly is 120mm ± 15mm in length (adjustable); Width 120mm; Height 120mm.

2. The cavity size after secondary molding trial assembly is: length 240mm ± 15mm (adjustable); Width 120mm ± 10mm (adjustable); Height 65mm.

3、 Use

1. After the first molding trial mold assembly, use lubricating oil to brush it, then place the brick sample into the trial mold, insert the insert plate in the middle and on both sides to determine the thickness, seal the front and rear directions with rubber, preliminarily tighten the screws to fix the sample, remove the insert plate, and finally tighten the screws. Place the fixed sample test mold inVibration tableAdd specialized clean slurry for sample preparation.

2. After the assembly of the secondary molding test mold, use lubricating oil to brush it, put in the special slurry material, and then place the brick sample on the top thread of the test mold. The top thread should ensure that the slurry thickness does not exceed 3mm. Fix the sample with screws and place it on the vibration table for vibration. After the slurry material hardens, remove the mold and reprocess the other side.

4、 Maintenance

After the trial mold is used, clean the surface of the trial mold with a shovel, and then apply lubricating oil for easy use next time.
